Linus Lohmann is an artist from Hannover who works primarily in drawing, sculpture, and printmaking. He has a quixotic approach to problem-solving where his works focus on connections between intention and material, utilizing various techniques to develop processes for image-making.
Linus lives and works in Seyðisfjörður, Iceland, and he obtained his MFA from Kunsthochschule Berlin Weissensee in 2012. He has exhibited at galleries and spaces such as Maximilian Pavillion and The Paint Shop in Berlin (2024), Ásmundarsalur Gryfja, Reykjavík (2022), Gallerí Úthverfa in Ísafjörður (2022), Skaftfell Art Center in Seyðisfjörður (2016), and Slakthusateljéerna in Stockholm (2015). His work is currently part of the group show A. Object at Gallerí Úthverfa, Ísafjörður.
